Don't ask me with why and how this book was born. I am powerless to answer your questions. I am not a writer, and I never intended to become one. I did my job, which I strove to do and knew how to do well, and did not think about why something incomprehensible, unnameable by words constantly prevented me from falling asleep peacefully after a difficult child, from enjoying simple pleasures, from feeling peace of mind even after a successful business in all respects.
